  • Saved a 6-figure sum annually by migrating all Product Analytics data from GA/BQ to Databricks/Looker, which was already used for all other data (I reviewed and fixed all tracking, built all data models in dbt, and recreated all reports)
  • Scaled up Experimentation (implemented an A/B testing tool, onboarded teams across the company, developed my own tests that had an uplift in CR, and reported results, sometimes applying causal inference and propensity matching)
  • Supported all functions across the company with data (Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Product, Sustainability, etc.) (built data models and dashboards, debugged issues and anomalies, and presented analyses)
  • Hired and managed an intern who was the only intern in the company who was offered a full-time position

  • Started Experimentation in the Restaurants-facing part of the company (implemented Optimizely, presented Experimentation process, created a backlog of experiments, and onboarded POs and Analysts)
  • Defined metrics, setup and tracking for almost all experiments, automated their reporting with Python
  • Started a restaurant satisfaction tracking programme with quarterly surveys
  • Promoted a data-driven culture (shared team's work in Product All-Hands, documented all analyses, presented personal exploratory analyses, participated in hiring, etc.)

Product Analyst PROMOTION

HelloFresh is the world’s leading meal kit provider. Since I joined in 2016, the company has experienced massive growth, has gone public and now employs more than 5000 people.

Key achievement: In a team of 2 built from scratch a platform:

  • that fully automated monitoring and reporting of all A/B test results
  • allowed with a single click to see each individual customer's full history of interactions with the company (website, app, email, delivery, customer care, etc.)
  • allowed to easily see the size and characteristics of any customer segment based on defined conditions (e.g. loyalty, SKU purchase, devices used, etc.)


The tool fully automated analyst involvement in A/B tests and was used by 100+ analysts and product stakeholders across the company monthly.

I was responsible and actively involved in the entire process of its development - planning (Jira, Confluence), designing (Photoshop and sketching), data engineering (SQL, Jenkins, Airflow), front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end (Django, Python).

Junior CRO Manager PROMOTION

CRO stands for Conversion Rate Optimization.

  • Set up and analysed performance of all Growth-related A/B tests (100+ experiments)
  • Developed many experiments myself in JavaScript to launch them faster
  • Investigated anomalies in data and reasons for experiment underperformance, which resulted in successful next iterations
  • Automated parts of experiment tracking in Google Tag Manager
  • Created dashboards that were used by multiple teams in analysing experiments and website performance (funnels, product uptakes, user paths, etc.)
  • Onboarded Product Owners and Front-end Developers to A/B testing tools and approaches
  • Conducted analysis of different website metrics and user behaviours, and ensured that decisions in our tribe were made based on data
  • Shared knowledge and learnings in bi-weekly meetings with Analysts and Product Owners
